Are any products shipped directly from the manufacturer?
Occasionally, if a product is not stocked in the distribution center nearest you, it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Though the item may arrive after the rest of your order, we feel it is important to offer our customers as wide a selection of products as possible. Even if it is shipped from a manufacturer, the item will still appear on the same invoice as the rest of the order and no additional shipping charges will be added.
Will my entire order arrive at once?
Not always. Esurg uses different distribution centers for medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals and office supplies. While we do our best to ensure orders arrive at the same time, it's not uncommon for them to arrive separately.
What are my shipping options?
Esurg's standard shipping method is 2 to 4 day ground transportation. With Esurg, shipping is free when you choose standard ground. You may also select second-day air, or to guarantee delivery by the next business afternoon, select next-day air.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard ground shipping is free on all orders. The charge for second-day and next-day air is based on the weight of your order.
What is your standard turn-around time for shipping orders?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm, your time, are processed the same day. For those in the Mountain Time Zone, the daily order deadline is 1:00 pm.All others will be handled the following business day.
What are the requirements for handling hazardous material or heavy items?
If your order contains a hazardous material item, the entire order must be shipped via standard ground shipping, which takes 2 to 4 days. If you need the other items in your order sooner, you can return to the checkout confirm & accept page, delete the items, recalculate and accept the order. In a few cases, heavy items will also be shipped only via standard ground shipping and may take up to 7 days depending on the location of the "ship-to" address.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order online by logging in to your Esurg account and clicking the "My Orders" link, located in the top section of every page or click on "Order Tracking" under My Account located in the left navigation bar of the Home page.
You can search for orders by order number or PO Number. Click on "View Order Details" to get shipping status information per line item. You can also track en route packages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by clicking on the provided order tracking numbers. This powerful new feature enables you to accurately track supply shipments from our distribution centers to your office.
Please Note: Order status updates at least 1 - 2 times a day. Tracking for orders placed before March, 2006 may not be available.
What should I do if my order is short?
If you are missing an item, please call us weekdays between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST at 1.877.443.7874 x 1 or email us at customerrelations@esurg.com. Please provide your account number, order number and item number.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii or outside the United States?
Currently, Esurg ships orders within the continental United States and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii at this time.
What days do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped on weekdays except most national holidays. Refrigerated items, however, cannot be shipped on Fridays. Frozen items are shipped direct from the manufacturer Monday through Wednesday.
Can I register or place an order on a holiday?
Yes, but it may take an extra day to process your registration or to ship your order. While the Web site is "on" all the time, our offices are closed for most major holidays. Orders and registrations received after 2:00 pm your time on the day before a holiday usually won't be processed or shipped until the next regular business day. Esurg celebrates the following holidays: Christmas Day; New Year's Day; Memorial Day; July Fourth; Labor Day; Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving.
How are pharmaceuticals shipped?
Most pharmaceuticals will be shipped with your medical and surgical supplies. In the case of controlled substances (C2-C5), your order will be sent only to the address on your DEA license.
What if I need my office supplies in a hurry?
In most cases, office supplies ordered before 2:00 pm your time will be delivered the next day. In an effort to save you money, office supplies will be sent free of charge via ground shipping even if you choose to have the rest of your order sent second-day air. However, for a very small number of customers in rural or outlying areas, this means delivery of office supplies may take up to three days.
